* Ensure production targets and operational KPIs are achieved in a cost-effective manner.
* Provide regular and accurate progress updates to the Operations Manager.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and productive warehouse environment at all times.
* Support the wider warehouse team with operational tasks whenever required.

* Experience using warehouse stock control systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Quality-focused with strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right first time.
* A positive, enthusiastic approach with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Experience coaching, developing, and challenging team members to help them reach their full potential.
* Forklift licence and experience would be advantageous.
* A hands-on attitude and willingness to support all areas of the warehouse operation.
Physical Requirements
* The role involves manual handling and lifting of loads (up to 10kg) both mechanically and occasionally manually.
* Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and carry out physical warehouse duties as required.
* Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced, and sometimes high-pressure environment.
