Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, including serving, hosting, and bar personnel.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and optimise table utilisation to maximise efficiency.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the service area, adhering to health regulations.
- Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team performance.
- Monitor stock levels of service supplies and organise replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant or hospitality management systems is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts including evenings and weekends as required.
