Salt & Firth, Largs' destination for fresh Scottish seafood, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team.
Located on the beautiful Ayrshire coast, we pride ourselves on serving the finest locally sourced seafood in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
About the Role
As a Chef at Salt & Firth, you will:
- Prepare and cook high-quality seafood and seasonal dishes
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and consistency
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Contribute ideas for specials and menu development

Previous experience in a professional kitchen
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
