Buckle & Jones are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fitter’s Mate / Labourer to join our experienced installation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the window and door industry. Experience is preferred but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidate.

The Role
As a Fitter’s Mate you will assist our installation teams with:
- Loading and unloading windows and doors
- Assisting with installations
- Removing old frames and glazing
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Preparing materials and tools
- Delivering excellent customer service on site
What We’re Looking For
- Hardworking and reliable
- Good timekeeping
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential
- Previous construction or labouring experience is an advantage
