We therefore help consumers and businesses access great‑value technology devices while reducing environmental impact through reuse and recycling.
You will be joining a fast-growing company at the forefront of smart technology devices. We work across brands (Apple, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, etc.), so you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of devices.
The Role
This role will support our operations including purchasing, shipping, and product testing. It offers hands‑on experience across technology device testing, packaging, sourcing, and data management. You will be part of a supportive team and gain real workplace skills while learning how a modern technology business operates.
What you’ll be doing
Shipping & Sourcing Support
- Identify best suppliers for specific devices and place orders accordingly.
- Review customer orders ready for processing, identify next steps.
- Prepare devices for shipping: packaging, shipment creation, liaising with couriers, etc.
Quality Management
- Test technology and accessories
- Enforce quality standards
- Support high customer satisfaction standards
Data Management & Pricing
- Manage client, product, and pricing data
- Support accurate product listings and pricing updates
- Use Microsoft Excel and internal systems
- Learn how data drives business decisions

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
