Duties
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to meet high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring excellent guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations throughout shift
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Handle guest inquiries with friendly communication skills via phone or in person, providing clear information about menu options or services
- Assist with meal assembly, setup, and replenishing food items as needed to ensure freshness and presentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or catering is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and guest service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
