The Role
- Full-time Trainee Care Teaching Assistant position commencing in September
- Supporting pupils in Key Stage 2
- Comprehensive training and mentoring provided as part of your development
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support tailored to pupils’ individual needs
- Assist with personal care and promote pupils’ independence and wellbeing where required
- Support teachers in creating an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment

- Has previous experience in care, support work, or a genuine desire to develop within a school setting
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is patient, resilient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils
- Brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the role
