Ruby Granite is looking for a motivated Trainee CNC Operator to join our growing workshop.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in stone fabrication. Full training will be provided.
You will be trained to operate CNC bridge saws CNC water jet, CNC edge polisher and CNC router, to work with granite, quartz, and porcelain worktops as part of a professional production team.
What We’re Looking For

- Computer literate and comfortable working with machines and software
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and good work ethic
Experience (Preferred but Not Essential)
- Any machine operating experience
- Experience working in a factory or workshop environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning to operate the machine
- Assisting with setting up and running jobs
- Working with granite, quartz, and porcelain materials
- Reading cutting lists and production information
- Maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards
- Supporting the team to meet production deadlines
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Wage - £12.71 - £15.00 (Depending on Experience)
