Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced telesales person who can also administrate the applications for the whole sales team covering such products as card terminals, epos systems and business finance
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to small businesses offering cost reduction in business overheads
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software with relevant data and interactions
- Administrate applications using due diligence and operating a number of different partner portals
- Assist in drafting correspondence, proposals, and sales documentation using Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate communication and resolve issues promptly
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and administrative support
- Organise and prioritise multiple tasks effectively, demonstrating excellent time management skills
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all administrative activities adhere to company policies and procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration . Experience in merchant services is very welcome
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
- Familiarity with CRM software systems is highly desirable
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new IT tools quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
In addition to the basic salary, generous sales commissions are available
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
