Project Details
- Long-term project – 3 years
- Monday to Friday (Saturdays available)
- Up to 60 hours per week
Pay & Hours
- £26.50 per hour
- Working hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm (10 hours per day)

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out all aspects of 2nd fix carpentry
- Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery
- Installing skirting boards, architraves and finishing carpentry works
- Installing and suspending ceilings
- Reading and working from drawings and specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- Following all health & safety requirements on site
- Maintaining tools and equipment in safe working condition
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years' experience in 2nd fix carpentry
- Valid CSCS Card (preferred)
- Valid DBS check
- Proven experience carrying out high-quality 2nd fix works
- Willingness to relocate/work away from home
- Non-UK nationals must hold Settled or Pre-Settled Status
