Multi-Trade Void Operative

WeConstructUK Ltd is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Void Operative to join our growing team, carrying out refurbishment works to social housing void properties.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently to a high standard and take pride in delivering quality work within programme deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and refurbishments in void properties.
- Complete basic plumbing works, including changing taps, toilets, basins, wastes and radiators.
- Undertake general carpentry, patch plastering, tiling, painting and other finishing works.
- Identify and report any additional works required.
- Work safely and maintain a clean, organised site.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting programme deadlines.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Experience working within social housing or domestic property maintenance.
- Competent in basic plumbing and a range of general building trades.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
