More hours are available if preferred .
You will need to :
- Have significant experience in pasta and pizza.
- Must be able to work in a team, maintain our high standards and be able to control the service and kitchen.
- Have the ability to control and oversee the seasoning, portioning and appearance of the food served
- Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house
- Have a good knowledge & understanding on food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety.
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a chef in an Italian restaurant, preferably as a senior member of the kitchen.
- You will be required to work extra when a member of the team takes holiday.
