NOTHIRTY3 THE BAKERY, a charming bakery and patisserie in Burnham Market, Norfolk is seeking a friendly and professional Shop Assistant to work on a part time basis two to three days per week(days to be discussed but must be flexible and able to work weekends)
About Us: When you step into NOTHIRTY3 THE BAKERY, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a quaint French bakery. Beautifully decorated and known for our artisanal breads, croissants, pastries, and cakes, we attract daily queues of eager customers from 9am.
Your Role: As a Part Time Shop Assistant, you’ll be the face of our bakery, working independently to offer first-class customer service, share our love for fresh, local produce, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your hours will be 8am to 5pm-5.30pm.

Your Responsibilities:
- Setting up the bakery, including lifting, stacking bread, arranging pastries, and ensuring the space is well presented for customers by 9am.
- Operating the till with attention to detail, accurately entering prices and processing cash and card transactions.
- Preparing a variety of coffees using a commercial coffee machine(experience would be highly desirable).
- Cashing up and reconciling the till at the end of each day.
- Cleaning and closing down the bakery after each shift.
- Completing all relevant daily paper work.
- Rotating stock to maintain freshness.
- Cleaning and maintaining the bakery to a high standard.
- Acting as a key holder with responsibility's for opening and closing the shop.
