We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team at AOG-247 in West Drayton. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of aviation components to customers worldwide.
Working within a fast-paced aviation environment, you will be responsible for Inventory management, coordinating international export shipments, managing export documentation, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and delivering exceptional service to customers and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all export shipments worldwide
- Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with UK export regulations and international trade requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, airlines, customs agents, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments and proactively resolve any transportation or documentation issues
- Maintain accurate shipping records and export compliance documentation
- Support inventory and warehouse teams to ensure shipments are dispatched efficiently
- Provide outstanding customer service and regular shipment updates to clients
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Experience in export logistics, freight forwarding, or international shipping
- Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Close attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Experience within aviation, aerospace, or supply chain environments would be advantageous
- Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is desirable
