We are a family run, 21 bedroom bed & breakfast, with function room, bar and restaurant on Perranporth beach.
As a head chef you will have the opportunity to create your own menus, specials, wedding menus and functions, possess the freedom to express your own creative identity and be involved in hiring and building your own kitchen team
You will be responsible for:
- Leading a kitchen team
- Controlling a busy service
- Staff training and development
- Working with suppliers, food costing and stock control.
- Ensuring the maintenance of exemplary kitchen hygiene standards.

The successful candidate will need a proven track record in a senior role with at least 2 years experience.
