We're growing and are looking for experienced, client-facing Site Managers to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking two experienced Site Managers to lead live projects in Bath and Crawley for an initial 6-month contract, with a clear pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.
You will take full responsibility for site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme performance, and acting as the key point of contact for clients.
Following the initial contract period, projects will primarily be located across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex, with occasional nationwide travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from mobilisation through to handover
- Lead site teams and coordinate multiple subcontract trades
- Maintain programme delivery and resolve site issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
- Conduct inductions, toolbox talks and site briefings
- Maintain site records, reports, inspections and quality documentation
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Manage snagging, defects and client handovers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships on site
Essential RequirementsQualifications
- SMSTS
- CSCS Gold or Black Card
- First Aid at Work (3 Day)
- Asbestos Awareness (Minimum Cat A)
- Working at Height Training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience
- Experience managing refurbishment, roofing and/or fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction health & safety
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Desirable
- BPSS Security Clearance
- Experience working on occupied or sensitive sites
- Knowledge of NFRC roofing standards

Pay: £250.00–£300.00 per day or £50k-£60k
