This role is known internally as “Tenancy Resilience Officer.”

As part of our Employment Team, you’ll support a case load of tenants with employment skills and training, enabling them to improve life chances and sustain tenancies.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with tenants to identify their employment and training goals and building on their interests, helping them to increase their confidence and skills.
- Supporting tenants to apply for job opportunities, including support on CV writing, applying for jobs, and interview skills.
- Supporting tenants to create action plans and agreeing outcomes to meet service targets.
- Providing a holistic support service to tenants, maintaining contact to deliver appropriate support needs and maintaining positive engagement.
- Developing relationships with key partners to secure successful employability outcomes for tenants
- Maintaining accurate case files for participant journey and auditing purposes.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of providing employment support would be ideal.
- Experience of supporting complex cases is essential.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Sound understanding of EDI principles and safeguarding methodologies.
