Job Summary
We’re building the kitchen team for a new gastropub opening 16th June.
Our approach is simple — seasonal, ingredient-led cooking, with whole animal butchery, open fire, and everything made in-house. We work closely with our own farm in Marden and a small group of trusted, high-quality suppliers.
This is a kitchen built on standards, respect for produce, and attention to detail — but just as importantly, it’s a positive, supportive team environment. We’re looking for people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a strong team from day one.
