Christopher Brian is working with a well-established law firm in Poole looking for a Private Client Fee Earner to become an important part of its team.
This is an opportunity for someone who already has a good understanding of Private Client work but wants more from their next move. You’ll be trusted with responsibility, have direct contact with the firm’s clients and receive the support you need to continue developing technically.
The role:
- Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
- Handling Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
- Advising clients clearly and sensitively, often at important points in their lives
- Drafting legal documents and progressing matters efficiently
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Working closely with experienced colleagues on more complex matters
About you:
You’ll ideally have experience handling your own Private Client matters and be comfortable dealing directly with clients.
The firm is open-minded about your route into fee earning. You could be an experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive, Solicitor or someone who has developed their career through another route.
What matters is that you have a good grounding in Private Client, can take responsibility for your work and still want to keep learning and improving.
