Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation
- Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and food production processes to comply with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a friendly atmosphere
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to reduce waste and control costs
- Train new team members on service standards, food handling procedures, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Hands-on experience in food safety practices and adherence to health regulations
- Background in restaurant or hotel service, with barista experience considered a plus
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse teams under pressure
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and customers
- Familiarity with food production systems, hospitality standards, and culinary best practices
