THE ROLE: Customer Repayment Advisor within the Customer Repayments Team
LOCATION: Grimsby
SALARY: Starting at £26,227.50 + benefits.
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with hybrid working options available after probation.

The Role
As a Customer Repayment team member, you will proactively engage with our customers via telephone or email to discuss any payment problems they may be experiencing, set up appropriate payment plans for their account and help our customers to reach the most suitable forbearance option for their individual circumstances and deliver the best outcome for them. The Customer Repayment Team will be supported by their Team Leader, Training Manager & Heads of Departments. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
Person Specification
Essential:
Previous telephone or customer facing experience
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Excellent Email Communication Skills
Previous experience working with customers.
Good IT Skills
Desirable:
Previous call centre or collections experience
Previous experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
