Loch Ness Lodge is a 9 bedroom, 5 star boutique hotel overlooking Loch Ness.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Breakfast Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 5 star food preparation for creating delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests. You will play a crucial role in supervising kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen management.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and guests alike.
NOTE that this job would not offer staff accommodation and due location you will need your own transportation.
