You will monitor apprentice progress closely, providing individualised academic and pastoral support to ensure they remain on track to achieve timely success. Working collaboratively with Vocational Coaches, employers and curriculum colleagues, you will help apprentices apply their learning in the workplace and develop the confidence, competence and professionalism required within the construction industry.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring programmes remain aligned with apprenticeship standards, awarding organisation requirements and the evolving needs of employers and the wider construction sector.
