Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Engineering Officer (CEngO) to lead the company's engineering strategy, technical innovation initiatives, and infrastructure project portfolio. The successful candidate will oversee engineering operations, design standards, project delivery excellence, research and development activities, and technical governance across the organization. This executive leadership role will collaborate closely with the Board, executive team, clients, and engineering leaders to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

Requirements:
- Extensive executive-level experience in engineering leadership, infrastructure development, project delivery, or technical operations management
- Strong expertise in civil engineering, infrastructure systems, engineering design, construction technologies, and project governance
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure programs
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred
Pay: £120,000.00-£220,000.00 per year
