We are currently seeking a Night Porter for our 4* Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre in Northamptonshire.
Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
Salary:
£12.71 per hour - Casual contract
This role will involve working weekends.
Due to our remote location, you will require your own reliable transport as public transport is not available.
What will you do?
As a member of our Nights team, you will:
- Provide a high standard of service to all our guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage the check in/out process, answer calls and run the night audit.
- Complete security checks of all buildings, grounds, and carparks
- Assist other departments for room set ups/servicing Conference room
