Aim of the role:
Working at a high-care standard, intensive food production unit to produce high quality crops. The role will
involve operating in compliance with defined company, regulatory, customer standards and specifications.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with a high-care production environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working shifts within a food production area, you will be primarily working on the packing lines and
harvesting crops alongside dispatch of orders and area/equipment cleaning.
- Apply Good Documentation Practices when completing paperwork, verification and compliance checks.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Work Instructions (WI’s) to ensure delivery on time and
to the required quality standard.
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation of equipment / facility is completed to the required standards of a high-care
environment.
- Ensure cleaning and personal protective equipment (PPE) are used and functioning correctly at all times.
- Immediately reporting any issues, incidents or environmental concerns to the Food Unit Supervisor (and/or
Unit Operations Manager)
- Release of finished product
- Share ideas to support efficiency of the processes whilst maintaining the highest standards
- Assist the Food Unit Supervisor with any additional tasks when required
Shift Working: 7am – 7pm on a 3-2-2
