Job Title: Assistant Bar Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Bar Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the bar team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene are maintained.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
- Handle cash, reconcile tills, and follow company procedures.
- Train and develop team members to maintain service standards.
- Help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure customers have an outstanding experience.
- Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a bar or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Knowledge of stock management and bar operations.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for hospitality.
