Summary
We are seeking a passionate and professional Beauty Therapist to join our team in the New Forest. This role is vital in helping us enhance our customers' beauty routines while embodying our commitment to personalized service and quality products.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional makeup applications tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform in store facials within the store, which are complementary to our customers but offers excellent service and creates sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client preferences and providing expert advice.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a welcoming and satisfying experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Assist with product recommendations to boost sales.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in makeup application and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and products is preferred.
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
