- Duties
- Deliver advanced hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional work environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalised advice
- Assist in colour consultations and treatments as required
- Uphold the salon’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality services
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering at a senior level
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to mentor junior staff and foster team collaboration
- Demonstrated proficiency in hair styling techniques and current trends
- Professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if necessary
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are preferred
