This is a dual role that will sit within the Sales Support Team & provide cover as required for the Client Experience Team.
Summary Client Experience.
The role involves managing all business inquiries to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience. Efficiently resolving issues and over-seeing back-office operations, this position enables the Sales & Support Team to remain focused on driving sales and offering amazing loyalty, service and support through excellent customer service.
Summary Sales Support
The Sales Support role involves supporting account managers & customers with quotations, project co-ordination & administrative sales activities. This role is key to ensuring customer requirements are accurate & quotations are delivered on time along with sourcing products ensuring all tasks are effectively managed from enquiry to completion.
Skills & Qualifications
- Team player, be professional, do the right thing by having a duty of care to our customers and your colleagues.
- Confident communicator with excellent listening and telephone skills.
- Ability to prioritise work, keep within deadlines and have good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint

Experience
General knowledge of word & excel

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
