We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Corporate Portfolio Property Manager to ensure the efficient management and smooth operation of one of our Key Client’s residential property portfolios.
This role involves maintaining high standards of property care, overseeing maintenance and inspections, and providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage a portfolio of properties daily, ensuring regular communication with client landlord.
- Handle telephone enquiries and address complaints or dissatisfaction in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of works, including proactive property upkeep.
- Ensure full compliance of portfolio.
- Conduct property inspections, check-ins, check-outs, and inventories.
- Negotiate tenancy renewals, rent increases, and handle relevant legal paperwork.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to client, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Stay up to date with new legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Attend court cases and manage insurance claims as necessary.
The Successful Candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and property management best practices.
- Ideally previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with the use of IT systems.
- Their own transport and full UK driving licence.
Location: This is a hybrid remote role. You would be expected to be in office in Keynsham 3 days a week.
