An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Health Service at Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust as a Digital Business Analyst. The successful candidate will join the Business Analysis and Change Team, supporting the delivery of digital transformation across our services.
You will work as part of a dynamic team to support the analysis, design and implementation of digital change initiatives. We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with experience in business analysis or service improvement, ideally within a digital or healthcare environment. We would like to highlight that this position is not a Data Analyst role and is focused on Business Analysis and change delivery. Please ensure that your application clearly demonstrates relevant Business Analysis skills, experience and methodologies.

Produce clear and structured documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications and stakeholder analysis
Support stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Contribute to benefits realisation activities, including identifying, documenting and tracking expected benefits
Support the planning and delivery of change management activities to enable successful adoption of digital solutions
Work across multiple projects, supporting delivery in line with agreed priorities, timelines and standards
