Overview
We are seeking 2 professional and friendly Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy GP environment. The hours for this will be 12.00-18.30pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars using Google Suite.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in using computerised systems, particularly System One ( Preferred)
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and colleagues alike.
