What You'll Do
Customer Engagement & Floor Support
- Welcome potential customers with a friendly attitude and introduce them to featured products, services, and current brand promotions with confidence.
- Keep customer-facing promotional areas tidy, clean, and well-presented at all times.
- Answer questions about brand campaigns, offers, and services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care to ensure a positive brand experience.
- Ensure every person who engages with our campaigns leaves with a memorable impression.
Daily Operations & Campaign Handling
- Help set up promotional stands for the day and keep marketing operations running efficiently.
- Unpack, check, and organise campaign materials, promotional stock, or equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming marketing collateral and promotional inventory.
- Follow health, safety, and brand standards across all activation areas.
- Pitch in with administrative and campaign operational tasks whenever needed.
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with your colleagues to hit daily promotional targets and campaign goals.
- Jump in to support team members across different tasks during peak campaign hours.
- Attend regular shift briefings, catch-ups, and on-the-job training sessions.
- Share practical ideas with team leads on how we can improve our daily campaign service and audience reach.
