Blowplast are the leading independent Blow moulder for Milk containers in the UK recent increase in sales has us looking for new team members to work either permanent days or nights .
We offer permanent employment working 12 hours shifts either 4 per week or 5 as agreed during interview .
Its a busy plant operating 24/7 we have a small airy rest room with a kitchen with free tea and coffee.
Many of our employees are long serving and come from many different nationalities and cultures but operate as part of team supporting each other during busier periods.
The role will need some training and includes :
- Operating automated packaging equipment - Training provided
- identifying defects and feeding back for reuse
- Identifying faults and ensuring team leaders and machine operators are driven to correct .
- highlighting quality first initiative .
- The opportunity will arise to become involved in firstly basic machine operation then for the right person progress to machine operator which comes with enhanced Pay opportunity.
- Being flexible and reliable is a key requirement as a team never works out well if a key player decided not to join the match .
