Nightclub Bartender Job Advertisement
We are seeking a vibrant, energetic, and customer-focused Nightclub Bartender to join our fast-paced nightlife team. Position Overview
As a Nightclub Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a busy, high-volume nightclub setting. You will play a key role in creating an exciting atmosphere while ensuring guests receive fast, friendly, and professional service throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, and soft drinks quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a lively and engaging bar presence
- Work efficiently during peak hours to minimise wait times and maintain smooth bar operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Operate POS systems accurately for orders and payments
- Check identification to ensure compliance with licensing laws and age restrictions
- Monitor alcohol consumption and promote responsible drinking
- Restock and replenish bar supplies throughout the shift
- Work closely with barbacks, floor staff, and management to ensure seamless service
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Required to work nightclub events and special event nights as scheduled
Contract & Working Hours
- Part-time contracted position
- Shifts every Friday and Saturday night (every weekend)
- Additional flexible shifts available
- Required availability for events, Bank Holidays, Sundays, and the Christmas period
Pay Rate
- Minimum wage based on age and UK employment law
- Tips are yours to keep

Requirements
- Previous experience in a bar, nightclub, or hospitality environment preferred but not essential. Full training is provided
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Availability for late nights, weekends, Bank Holidays, Sundays, Christmas period, and events
- Basic knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation is an advantage
- Must be 18+
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Must be able to make your way to and from work
Pay: £10.85-£12.70 per hour
