What does the average day look like?
A typical day in this role is varied and fast-paced, with no two days looking the same. You might start by checking and organising diaries, then move on to booking travel or setting up meetings, before supporting those meetings by taking notes and tracking actions, keeping everything running smoothly and stepping in wherever help is needed as priorities shift.
A little bit about the team...
You'll be part the Advanced Timetable Team, which is a large, busy team of around 125 people, made up of a mix of managers and technical specialists, all working together across different areas. It's a collaborative and supportive environment where good communication and organisation are key, and you'll play an important role in helping keep everything connected and running smoothly.

Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload with confidence. You should be comfortable multitasking, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team, with the ability to use your initiative and stay on top of competing priorities in a busy environment.
