Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restock bar supplies efficiently to meet demand during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during events and peak times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving practices
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including serving guests professionally and courteously
- Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating bills accurately
- Ability to stay energetic, positive, and attentive throughout long shifts
- Prior experience as a bartender or in similar roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
