We are looking for an energetic, outgoing chef or cook who loves variety and enjoys teamwork. In this role, you will bring precision, creativity and care to deliver dishes that wow our guests and uphold our reputation for excellence. You will help shape our seasonal menus, reduce food waste, and make sure every plate leaves the pass with pride. No two days are the same at The Buttermere Court Hotel, the vibe is fast-paced, and the energy is high!
What You Will Do:
- Prepare, cook and plate a variety of breakfast, lunch, and evening dishes to a high standard during busy service hours.
- Assist the management team to plan and develop menus and specials using seasonal produce.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen in line with food hygiene standards.
- Support stock control and ordering to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Occasionally interact with customers to share your passion for food.

- Transport: A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential due to our stunning, picturesque location.
