Job Summary

Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards during food preparation and service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders.
Skills
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating positive experiences for patrons.
- Basic culinary knowledge, including food preparation techniques and an understanding of menu items.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions and processing payments accurately.

Pay: From £12.80 per hour
