About Us
We own and operate four completely different hospitality venues, each with its own personality:
A busy Sports Bar – live sport, entertainment and big match atmospheres.
A premium Wine & Cocktail Bar – stylish, sophisticated and perfect for social occasions.
A traditional Village Pub – the heart of the local community.
A Country Pub & Wedding Venue – offering fantastic food, weddings, celebrations and special occasions.

The Role
This isn’t a desk job.
You’ll spend time in all four venues, working alongside our owners, chefs, managers, bar teams and marketing department to build exciting calendars of events that drive customers through the door every single week.
You’ll have the freedom to bring your own ideas to life while constantly looking at new ways to grow our businesses.
You’ll Be Responsible For
Creating an annual calendar of exciting events across all venues.
Planning profitable food nights with our chefs.
Designing cocktail evenings and masterclasses.
Booking live bands, singers, tribute acts and DJs.
Organising comedy nights and live entertainment.
Running quiz nights, bingo nights and themed competitions.
Creating ladies’ nights and gentlemen’s evenings.
Developing friendship lunches and community events.
Organising networking events for local businesses.
Planning family fun days and children’s events.
Creating wine, gin, whisky and beer tasting evenings.
Arranging sporting event experiences and big-screen promotions.
Developing wedding showcases and venue open days.
Organising seasonal events including Christmas, New Year, Halloween, Easter and Summer Festivals.
Building relationships with entertainers, suppliers and local businesses.
Negotiating entertainment costs and managing event budgets.
Working closely with our marketing team to ensure every event is promoted professionally across social media, digital marketing, email campaigns, print and local press.
Reviewing event performance and constantly introducing fresh ideas.

Is confident speaking to customers, entertainers and suppliers.
Understands how to create events that people actually want to attend.
Enjoys being hands-on rather than sitting behind a desk.
Has experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, marketing or venue management.
