Part-Time EYFS Supply Teacher Job in Worcester Park, Surrey
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time EYFS Supply Teacher to join a welcoming and nurturing Infant School in Worcester Park, Surrey from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years teacher looking for flexible supply work within a supportive school environment. The school is committed to providing children with a positive start to their education through engaging learning experiences, high-quality teaching and a child-centred approach.
While this position is initially being offered on a part-time supply basis, there is potential for the role to become a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
The Role
As an EYFS Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
- Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Use technology to support learning, including Google Classroom, or be willing to quickly learn and adapt to the platform as it is used throughout the school
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification is essential
- Previous experience teaching within a UK mainstream primary or infant school
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Experience supporting children's early learning and development
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Confidence using Google Classroom, or the ability to quickly learn new educational technology platforms
- Passionate about Early Years education and child development
