The Role
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial contracts throughout the Cambridge area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing, fault-finding and repairing air conditioning systems
- Working on air handling units, DX cooling equipment and associated HVAC plant
- Diagnosing and resolving heating and cooling issues, including BMS adjustments
- Carrying out reactive repairs and breakdown response
- Ensuring high levels of customer service while attending client sites
- Completing maintenance paperwork and reporting accurately
This role is focused on more industrial and commercial cooling equipment rather than predominantly VRV/VRF systems, offering a varied and technically interesting workload.
Requirements
- FGAS Certification
- NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience carrying out service, maintenance and fault-finding on commercial HVAC equipment
