Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Lettings Agent to join our busy Sheffield City Centre office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with landlords and tenants, and helping people find their next home.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and match them with suitable rental properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate tenancy terms between landlords and prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Carry out property valuations and market appraisals (where appropriate).
- Progress tenancies from offer acceptance through to move-in.
- Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, including Right to Rent checks and tenancy documentation.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in residential lettings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, target-driven attitude.
- Professional and confident approach to customer service.
- Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.

Working Hours
- Full-time
