Skilled Joinery Work Supporting Essential Repairs
We're recruiting an experienced Joiner to join a busy Repairs team, delivering high-quality joinery works across a range of properties. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in maintaining safe, secure, and well-maintained homes and buildings.
This role is ideal for a practical, reliable tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys varied repair work.
About the Role:
As a Joiner, you'll carry out a wide range of joinery tasks as part of a responsive repairs service.
What you'll be doing:
- Carrying out day-to-day joinery repairs and maintenance
- Installing, repairing, and replacing doors, frames, windows, and fittings
- Undertaking minor repairs following inspections or reported faults
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Working as part of the wider Repairs team to meet service targets
- Maintaining accurate records of completed works
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced and dependable joiner who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
You'll ideally have:
- Proven experience carrying out a range of joinery works
- Experience working within a repairs or maintenance environment
- Ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
- A full driving licence
