Relevant Qualification or Equivalent Experience
Degree-level qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience in a relevant field, supported by evidence of continuous professional development.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability
Ability to analyse complex information, break down problems into critical components, identify solutions, and resolve issues where there is no clear precedent.
Project Planning & Performance Management
Experience in project planning, developing and monitoring project plans, tracking progress against targets, and producing performance reports.
Communication & Presentation Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience delivering presentations, facilitating meetings/workshops, and producing clear, concise, high-quality responses to queries.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Demonstrable ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, build positive working relationships, and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
Leadership, Motivation & Staff Management
Ability to lead, influence and motivate others, manage staff performance appropriately, and demonstrate management skills including staff development, training and selection.

Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, sustain concentration on complex tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Information Governance & Data Protection Knowledge
Good understanding of Information Governance, Data Protection, Freedom of Information, information security, confidentiality requirements, and NHS information quality initiatives.
Technical & Data Management Skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, advanced IT and keyboard skills, ability to manipulate complex data accurately and efficiently.
