We’re looking for a passionate and driven Retail Store Manager to lead our team and create an extraordinary experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll lead the store — inspiring your team, driving sales, managing costs, and ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation, and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Experience
- Deliver the absolute highest level of customer service, ensuring every visit feels special
- Build a customer focussed culture and a team passionate about people
- Proactively handle customer feedback and learn, turning insights into action
Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and regular performance reviews
- Create rotas to balance coverage and budget effectively
- Foster a positive, fun, and supportive work environment
- Identify training needs and upskill team members to reach their potential
Store Operations
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure smooth, efficient store operations in line with company standards
- Oversee health, safety, and security compliance
Commercial Focus
- Analyse sales performance and take action to drive results
- Monitor budgets and control costs effectively
- Report weekly insights on products, performance, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities to grow sales and profitability
Stock Management
- Manage ordering, deliveries, storage, and stock rotation
- Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure accuracy
- Maintain an organised and efficient stockroom
Coffee Bar
- Oversee preparation and an exceptional service of to company standards
- Ensure all team members are trained to Barista level
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment care
About You
- Proven experience in retail management
- Previous hospitality experience would be preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
- Commercially astute with a focus on driving sales and managing costs
- Energetic, positive, and hands-on leader who leads by example
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
