About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy Floor Assistant to join our team at our busy games centre in Newbury town centre.
In this role, you will work alongside the Manager to support the day-to-day running of the centre while maintaining our exceptionally high standards of customer care. Key Details & Hours
- Hours: Up to 20 hours per week (part-time).
- Flexibility: Work is based on a flexible rota that includes evenings and weekends.
- Overtime: Applicants must be open to working occasional overtime when needed.

- Skills: Strong social skills, a welcoming personality, and excellent customer service.
- Attributes: Honest, dependable, punctual, and reliable.
- Experience: A background in retail or customer service is preferred, but not essential—full training will be provided!

- Must be 18 years of age or older (due to gambling regulations).
- Must be able to provide references upon request.
