We are currently looking for a .Net Developer based at our Leeds IT office in Morley.
As Developer you will work closely with the Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and other Developers to deliver changes required by the business on our web based products.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in .Net C#, ASP .NET MVC with good experience working multi-threaded code.
Responsibilities will include –estimating user stories, developing new features, fixing bugs, testing, peer reviewing code and following security best practices.

Responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile development team consisting of software developers, testers, architects, and product owners to deliver robust and well-engineered software solutions.
- Delivery of the roadmap for digital solutions, proposing and implementing the most effective approaches and technologies to fulfil requirements.
- Monitor analytics and user journeys to identify and implement customer experience enhancements.
- Approach work with a mindset that embraces Agile principles and culture, and be a positive example to others of the behaviours they should develop
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, closely monitoring defect rates and working closely with end users.
- Liaise with other teams and key individuals in a cross-functional DevOps environment.
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture and evaluate requirements to feed into product backlogs.
- Work closely with the technology and cyber security team to minimise risk and ensure compliance with GDPR and security best practices.
- Maintain quality and accuracy of code and ensure effective source code control.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Software development/similar degree or equivalent experience
- Essential experience and in depth understanding of: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL server & Azure.
- Good understanding of solid principle and .Net design patterns.
- Experience of working using SCRUM or an alternative agile methodology
- Experience of working in a DevOps environment
- Self-motived learning with the ability to learn new technologies when required to solve a specific problem.
- Must be a highly organised self-starter
- Good verbal and written communicator
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team.
