The Company
A well-established M&E contractor delivering mechanical and electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and public sector projects, from pre-construction through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and successful delivery of mechanical packages across a range of construction projects while supporting the development of site teams and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead site and project teams while ensuring Health & Safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
- Manage project budgets, programmes, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee variations and additional works.
- Provide technical support to clients and site teams throughout project delivery.
- Mentor and develop engineers and supervisors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with commercial, design, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent experience.
- Proven Mechanical Project Management experience.
- Background delivering commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Strong commercial, financial, and contractual awareness.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Client-focused with a proactive approach.
- SMSTS.
